Wine Dinner at WILD
Our Wine Dinners are intimate, immersive evenings that bring together exceptional wines, thoughtful storytelling, and a bespoke multi‑course menu from our kitchen. Each event is hosted with a visiting winemaker or producer, alongside Head Sommelier Rémi Cousin, who guides guests through the bottles, regions, and philosophies behind them. Held in our Kitchen Room, these dinners offer a front‐row view of the chefs at work and a rare chance to taste, learn, and connect over a shared table. Elegant, generous, and crafted for those who love food, wine, and the stories that bind them.
