Matt Larcombe – Chef patron
Matt brings decades of experience from some of the UK’s best kitchens, including The Crown at Bray and The Victoria in Oxshott. With WILD, he returns to the roots of cooking, with dishes being ingredient-led, seasonal, and connected to the land. His cooking is confident, considered, and always evolving.
Charlie Hitchcock – Head Chef
Charlie trained under Matt and brings a modern, elegant touch to WILD’s kitchen. With time spent at Hedone and Roux at Parliament Square, his approach is precise, produce-led, and fearless.
Rémi Cousin – Wine
Formerly Head Sommelier at Le Gavroche, Rémi brings a world-class perspective to WILD’s wine collection. Expect an evolving, thoughtful list designed to work alongside each dish, elegantly matching the seasons of the farm.
